Meghana's technical background includes substantial experience in software development, and deeper understanding of eLearning & eTeaching Systems. She reviews and executes all major Cognifront initiatives.

Meghana is central point of contact for all the subject matter experts and authors who collaborate with Cognifront. Meghana also envisions the dissimination of knowledge with highest quality all over the world - and Cognifront to contribute very sophisticated software tools that will be available on every device from desktop computer to enterprise grade server and from hand-held tablet to small-form-factor phones. Cognifront is her extended family and she brings homely touch to everything @ cog - each single day! Meghana enjoys teaching her kids, singing songs, and cooking. She is absolutely in-love with traveling different places and traveling the planet is on her "todo" list!

At Cognifront, Suchit drives vision and strategy and controls key customer accounts. With about 12.5 years of software industry experience of working at giant companies - Microsoft Corporation, Oracle Corporation, GE, and Tech Mahindra, Suchit brings a versatile experience with him. An affable technocrat and a strong performing leader, Suchit believes in “Satya, Karma, Punya”. Suchit has wide experience in general management and leadership as well as technology product development – from concept to delivery. He has lead teams that developed mobile applications from Symbian to Android, iPhone and iPad platforms. Server side application development and client side web apps as well as high performance desktop applications including multi-core apps – he has done it all. Having churned 11,00,000 lines of source code himself, Suchit is no novice software professional. Suchit has been lead inventor on 3 trade-secrets filed during his international career working with American companies. Software applications, that he has designed, developed and marketed during his career, have generated USD $100 Million plus in revenue. He is publisher of several online articles, research papers, and has won several accolades in academia and industry. Like his career record, his academic record is also rock solid with merit ranks at state and national levels.

Cognitive science has been a recent field in which he has done extensive research review work. And has done fundamental contribution in translating decades of research into practical usable software solutions. Learner biases, cognitive psychology, visualization challenges, technology enabled education are thrust areas on which he is currently working and there are a lot of software products from Cognifront in pipeline that will use this fundamental research work in order to make them robust, reliable and extremely relevant.

Suchit is sensitive about human side of software and cares for creating a better work culture. He firmly believes in team work and is constantly amazed to see how high performance teams do wonders across the globe – each single day. Reading is an addiction for him along side music and tea prepared by his beloved wife Meghana. Suchit enjoys cooking and playing with his kids – Siraj and Aditya in his free time. He plays Tabla and Football – one at a time!
